Sometimes, Facebook can cause issues that may disrupt your account’s functionality or prevent sub-accounts from being detected in your Facebook/Instagram connectors. If you can’t find the connected sub-accounts, follow the steps below.
Facebook/Instagram:
- Reauthorize Services: First, try reauthorizing your Facebook/Instagram services. For more details, refer to this link.
If reauthorization doesn’t resolve the issue, proceed with the steps below: - Remove the Main Connected Account from Dataddo:
Note: If this account is in use, you’ll need to temporarily switch to another account before deleting it. - Delete Dataddo Authorization from Facebook:
Navigate to Facebook Business Tools Settings and revoke Dataddo’s access.
- Reauthorize the Dataddo Account:
Once you’ve removed authorization, reauthorize Dataddo. - Recreate the Account in Dataddo:
After reauthorization, recreate your account in the Dataddo platform.
Twitter:
For Twitter, follow these steps:
- Delete the Twitter Account in Dataddo:
Navigate to Dataddo’s authorizers and remove your Twitter account. - Revoke Dataddo Access from Twitter:
Go to your Twitter account settings and revoke Dataddo’s access. (Refer to the screenshots for guidance)
- Re-add the Account in Dataddo:
Once revoked, re-add your Twitter account and authorize Dataddo again.
