# "Resource cannot be found" Error (Snapchat case)

Problem:

Source Boke and can not be rebooted or cloned.

Error Message:

“Resource cannot be found”

Possible Causes:

  1. Incorrect or Expired Authorizer:
  • The connected authorizer may not have the required scopes and permissions to access Snapchat data.
  • If the authorization has expired or lacks the correct permissions, the source will not be found.
  1. Authorization Token Issues:
  • If the current authorizer was previously working but suddenly stopped, the access token may have expired or been revoked.
  • In such cases, reauthorizing the connection should resolve the issue.

How to Fix

1. Change or Reauthorize the Authorizer (quick fix)

  • If you have additional authorized accounts from the same service with the necessary permissions to access the data, you can replace the current authorizer by accessing the “Source Details” menu in the Account section (see screenshot).

If you prefer to keep the current authorizer, review its permissions and reauthorize it to ensure proper access. Then, switch back to the original authorized account via the Source Details menu, as shown in the previous screenshot.
